Welcome to your new favorite place to vacation!! This wonderfully remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is a delight. With its modern beach vibe and updated touches, this villa stands out from the rest. The open living and dining areas are spacious, there is a pullout sofa and 2 swivel club chairs in the living area and the dining table seats 6 (there is also space for 4 more at the eat at bar). The kitchen has been upgraded to have granite countertops, stainless steep appliances and sleek black fixtures.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, lovely modern furniture, a desk for those that will be doing a working holiday and an en-suite. The en-suite features double vanities and an updated jetted tub/shower combo with tile surround. The second bedroom features 2 beds, one a queen and the other a full - this bedroom also has an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has a futon too! This bedroom connects to the guest bath which has a tub/shower combo.

The back porch has a table and seating for 4, it overlooks the lovely grounds of Kingston Resorts. Please know that this unit is a second floor unit.
