The living area is spacious yet inviting and offers a leather pullout sofa, a large smart TV and 2 chairs in the bay window with the most fantastic view. The dining space features a counter height table with seating for 4 and access to the balcony. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, it features all new cabinetry, quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 2 at the eat at bar and the kitchen is well stocked with cook and bakeware!
The master bedroom is serenely decorated in shades of sea foam green and features a king sized bed, desk and chair, en-suite with a double vanity, large jetted tub with separate shower and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is quite large, it features 2 double beds a desk and smart TV and is across the hall from the guest bath. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and houses the full size washer/dryer.
