21C Richmond Park

Located in the lush Richmond Park area, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is a wonderful place to spend your next vacation! This villa is spacious and comfortable and has exclusive access to all resort amenities that many cannot offer.

The main living area features a large section sofa, faux fireplace and access to the large deck, which has a great view of the park. The dining area seats 6 at the table and there is an eat-at bar with seating for 3 more! The fully stocked kitchen has been upgraded with new cabinets, granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom is serene and lovely, it features a king sized bed, access to the deck and has a remodeled en-suite with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is quite large; it features 2 full beds, access to the front patio, which has a great little sitting area for 2 and access to the guest bathroom, which has also been updated to have a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is super cute, it features 2 twin beds and a rocker-swivel chair.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

We've stayed at a number of different condos within Richmond Park over the years and 21C Richmond Park has by far been the nicest and our favorite. You can tell the owners care about their guests and want us to feel the most comfortable.
  
  We love the contactless process for the whole rental stay.
  
  Would like to thank Courtney and Rachelle of the property management team for their prompt response to a small situation we had of getting into the condo. The keypad was not initially working and needed a quick reset. The team efficiently diagnosed the problem and got us into the condo in no time. And one could tell over the phone that they had a smile on their face and cared about our wellbeing.

  The property was in a great place, fun stuff to do, clean and spacious. The Currents water park was great enjoyed it daily. only complaint is the guest bedrooms were hotter than main bedroom. But overall it was good.

  We were here for a quick four night getaway. Overall the place was very well maintained and spacious. It was a quick walk to the beach, pickleball, and the fitness center. Loved all the trees and sidewalks in Kingston Plantation as well as the access to all the amenities offered.
