Welcome to 1712 North Hampton and the best view on the beach. In this penthouse, 2-story, oceanfront gem, you'll find the perfect place for your next beach vacation! From the moment you enter the condo and see the amazing floor-to-ceiling wall of windows showing you the ocean below, you'll know you are in paradise. The great room is bright and inviting, with plenty of seating and 2 accesses to the truly magnificent balcony. There are balconies on both floors, the main level balcony has 2 high-top tables and 6 chairs on the ocean-front side, and a couple of loungers on the ocean-view side. Back inside, in the great room, there is also a dining table with seating for 6 beside the kitchen pass-thru. The spacious kitchen has remodeled cabinets, lovely granite and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has tons of cook and bakeware if you wish to make your meals at the condo and the full-sized washer and dryer are also housed here.

There are 3 large bedrooms, a guest bedroom on the main level and the master, and an additional guest room upstairs. The master is bright, warm and beautifully decorated, this bedroom features access to the upstairs balcony and has a wonderfully remodeled bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The upstairs balcony has a couple of high-top chairs and side table and also a couple of loungers to enjoy the magnificent views! The guest bedroom on the upstairs level has 2 double beds, access to the upstairs balcony and is across the hall from the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom on the main level also features a king bed, access to the main level balcony and is across the hall from the guest bath, which has been remodeled to have a walk-in shower.

This building does have an elevator and there are entrances to the condo on both levels, but only stairs inside the condo itself.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pool, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

  We had a great time in 1712. We had my husband and myself, my daughter and her fiancé and my other daughter and her friend.
  Pros: Everyone had their own room and bathroom and the 2 entrances was great! The balcony was perfect! Best balcony ever! You have a view of the beach and ocean and also a sunset view. It is huge and wraps around the room.The upstairs also had their own balcony. Perfection. The kitchen was decently stocked and the couch was super comfy. The building is very quiet and peaceful. There’s plenty of parking.
  Cons: The room was NOT super clean. There were lamps on our bedside table that had a thick layer of dust. The bathrooms were cleanish. Overall the cleaning crew could be more thorough. The sheets were AWFUL! They were so stiff and thick and not in a good way! Worst part of the whole room. We had zero internet the whole week. The property manager was quick to respond to texts but the resolution of the problem never happened. The closet door in one of the rooms was broken and super hard to open and close. We did see a palmetto bug in one of the bathroom sinks on the last day. I hate those things! I’m glad he waited till checkout day to make his appearance.
