Expertly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, oceanfront Margate condo is modern elegance at its finest! The living room is relaxed yet refined and has access to the balcony and an incredible north-facing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach below! There is plenty of seating with a L-shaped sofa, 2 rocker swivel chairs and a club chair; the living room also boasts a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining area is delightful, it is completely open to the living area and has seating for 6 under the clear sea glass chandelier. This condo features a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and upgraded cabinets. There are tons of wonderful cookware, dinnerware, and stemware.

The master bedroom is enormous; it has tons of light, a desk for those that need it, and has access to a truly magnificent ensuite!! This stylish, yet comfortable space is decorated in soothing ocean colors, this space is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized adjustable bed!! The master ensuite features a double vanity and a custom glass-enclosed shower with multiple shower heads, including a rain shower head and a handheld. The first guest bedroom is as spacious as it is enchanting, featuring a king-sized bed, this room continues the theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has with luxurious ocean views. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is cozy with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The third bathroom is well-appointed with beautiful finishes and a glass-enclosed stand-up shower. There is a “beach entry” door in addition to the main for less transfer of sand/water along with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pool, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. The cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

  5 stars all the way around. My daughters and I had a lovely stay and the both had ocean front rooms. The unit was clean, and spacious and bright just like the pictures. Beautiful view and loved the separate laundry room entrance. We will definitely be coming back.

  We were allowed early check in. The unit was as beautiful as pictured. Everything was very clean. There was a gift basket welcoming us. The building is quiet and secure with a guard at the front desk. The balcony gives amazing views of the Apache Pier and views for miles to the north up the coast. Dolphins were seen everyday. The beds were comfortable. The wife found everything we needed in the kitchen. The new Currents pool complex was amazing and heated to 81 degrees. Overall a great condo and relaxing trip.
