  Booking the condo was easy, the condo was fabulous just as pictured. The master bathroom shower head wasn’t fully working 100% but still ok. None of the hot tubs or any pools were heated the whole time we were there. I love you have access to all the pools on property however, all the gates were locked and you had to walk a pretty good ways to go in one way and go out one way. Not really convenient for kids to walk a long ways. Overall, it was a great experience and would stay here again.

  This unit was designed and decorated beautifully. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. The location was great! We loved being able to get to Barefoot quickly and easily. There are several pools and water slides that my elementary age kids loved. Management checked in and were always responsive and helpful. We have stayed up and down the beach and this has been one of our favorites!

  Beautifully decorated and clean stay at the Kingston! The hotel and condo grounds are clean and safe. Something that is very important. We wanted to be away from the boardwalk area and it was the perfect location. Barefoot landing was our favorite. Murrels inlet was worth the 40 min drive. The pool at the hotel was beautiful. Be sure to check that all amenities listed are available and working. The slide was not in use at there end of March, the water park area was freezing as the heater was broken at the hotel. Luckily we had sunny days and the heated pool and Jacuzzi made up for it. Beach was clean and beautiful. Our kids want to come back when it’s warmer! So it was a win. I would highly recommend the 104 Brighton condo!

  You cannot beat the location of this property. Beachfront with pools on either side of the building. The unit is very spacious and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is you really cannot cook in the kitchen with the items provided- no knives to chop, no measuring cups or spoons, no colander...to name a few. The property was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our time and would return again!

  Overall very nice unit. But there are a few improvements that could be made. 1. Bath that had the laundry needs grab bars/textured floor in the shower as my Mother In Law slipped and fell (she is fine, but could have been a lot worse.) 2. Carpet square in living room got fuzz everywhere and could not sweep up with vacuum as it clogged it up. 3. TV situation was weird. Of the 4 TVs, only one was able to receive local channels. Others had only weird streaming capability. And 3rd bedroom tv did not have any remote controls.
  Overall, very nice unit, and would definitely stay here again.

  Being totally honest Myrtle Beach has never been my favorite place to go and I usually grumble about having to go for our daughter's cheer competitions. This year a friend suggested Kingston Plantation and then I found this condo. Pictures and reviews sounded good, so another cheer mom and I booked it with our 2 girls for our Mother's Day weekend competition. We were blown away by how wonderful every part of our stay was! The pictures don't do justice for the condo or all the amenities. We kept saying how didn't even feel like we were in Myrtle Beach and felt more like Ilse of Palms or Kiawha. We will definitely be back.

  This condo is one of the best-designed condos I've seen. The layout is different from most Brightons I've been in, but it is gorgeous! I plan to bring my besties for a girls trip soon!
