This gorgeous, , remodeled 4 bedroom villa, with soaring ceilings and fantastic views has tons of space for all!! When you enter the villa you immediately notice the bright openness of the main living and dining areas, you see the large screened in porch and the peak-a-boo ocean and waterpark views and are instantly transported to vacation mode!!

The main living area features two sofas, a faux fireplace, large TV and access to the screened in porch. The dining area has a large table for gathering, it can seat up to 8! The kitchen is nicely remodeled, it has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and refaced cabinets. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware and utensils to make terrific home cooked meals - if you so choose!

The primary bedroom is large, it has a king sized bed, beautiful view of the fountain and a fabulous, newly remodeled en-suite - complete with double vanity and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen sized bed - this room utilizes the hall bath, which is also houses the full sized washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a loft with a sleeper sofa, 2 additional bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and another full bathroom. Also upstairs is porch with 2 chaise loungers for sunning and checking out the beautiful ocean view!!

  Overall Good-needs some updates and repairs. Sheets very rough and no fitted sheets. Main bedroom very hot at night. Sofa bed like most very uncomfortable. Never did figure out how to turn on main big fan in living room. TVs in bedrooms a mystery, would all of sudden have no sound. Tried everything, had to run off then back on to get sound. Great location. Main door stuck also.

  We had a great week in Myrtle- The unit was very clean and a very short walk to the beach. We could not get the fan to work in the living room, but otherwise, everything else was fine. My grandkids loved the water park and the weather was wonderful. The unit could have been stocked with a few more pots and an additional frying pan but otherwise it was a great unit and the owners very cordial and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend.

  My family and I had a wonderful time at Kingston Plantation Residences this spring break. The pools, restaurants and amenities were so great we hardly wanted to leave the property. The kids, parents and grandparents alike had the BEST time and all can’t wait to go back. There’s nothing better than waking up to views of the ocean.

  As we were walking up the stairs a piece that appear to be glued came off. This was a hazard and sometimes we should have been warned about. That wood piece wasn't properly repaired.

  The rental was very nice and staff responded fast until Saturday morning. Friday night we didn’t have hot water because the breaker was off. And the smoke alarm went off around 1:30 Sunday morning. We had to take it down to get it to stop. I emailed my contact but never heard anything back from them. Other than these mishaps the condo was very nice

  The villa we stayed at overall was good. However we did have some issues. The washing machine did not work. The maintenance guy showed up but could not fix it because it may have been under warranty. No one never showed back up or provided any feedback or alternative method to wash our clothes. The shower in the master bedroom was beautiful however it is nearly impossible to regulate the temperature especially when others in the house was running water. There was not enough towels, wash clothes and trash bags in the room so I had to call housekeeping. I had to call several times before they came which was finally the next day. The cable did not work in one of the rooms. We were told before we arrived that they were trying to get it to connect. The cable company came out twice but never got it to work properly. Overall the place was clean and we had a good time.
