It has been fashionably decorated and you will feel like you are in your own home. With new flooring, fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee makers with carafe and single-cup options, new Cuisinart pancake/waffle iron -- you'll be as comfortable as if you were in your own kitchen.
The Laundry Room includes a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There is all new living room and balcony furniture, including two recliners. The Unit features three large bedrooms -- 2 Master Suites: one with an elegant King bed, full ensuite private bathroom with a double sink and jetted tub and full shower with granite bench; Second Bedroom has two Queen beds an ensuite bathroom, with stand-up shower; the Third Bedroom has two Full beds and an adjacent third full bathroom with tub/shower combo. ALL showers have safety bars; all bedrooms have TVs.
There are spacious living and dining areas; 55” & 36” flat screen TV's, Blue-Ray DVD player in the LR, free wireless Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with comfortable furniture and panoramic ocean views. Your reservation provides you with all bath and bed linen, starter soaps, laundry soap and dryer sheets, as well as Kitchen dish liquid and dishwasher soap.
In addition to the Royale Palms pool, guests who rent with us will also have access to all Kingston Resorts Hilton managed amenities, including: the Hilton pools and hot tubs, the NEW Currents Pool Complex and Waterpark at Embassy Suites which is directly in front of the new Black Drum Brewery. As well as Access to 78Fitness, Resorts shuttle service, free WiFi and 24-hour on-site staff including maintenance and security are additional perks.
Kingston Resorts is a private gated community nestled on 145 lush acres along a sandy beach with gardens and park-like vistas. The community includes Royale Palms, Hilton, Embassy Suites, and multiple high and low-rise units.
Royale Palms is a luxury 24-story building adjacent to the Hilton Hotel (connected by a breezeway). The Royale Palms tower is equipped with 3 high-speed elevators, providing a large resort experience with many deluxe amenities including: garage parking, and a private Royale Palms Owners Pool. Picture sitting at the Hilton (next door) poolside Tiki bar with live music in season, where you can sip your drink of choice overlooking the beautiful ocean landscape -- so relaxing!
PLEASE NOTE: During the peak rental months of June thru September, rentals will only be for full weekly stays with check-in on Saturday afternoon and check-out on the following Saturday morning.
You should know that if you are planning to arrive by plane, renting a car is advised. The plantation is NOT a walkable distance to grocery stores, most restaurants and activities. However, you can take the Hilton Shuttle to Walmart Super Center and Krogers supermarket.
The airport is about 14 miles to the condo by car. Available only for our guests, the Kingston Resort shuttle is a free, on-demand service that runs daily to anywhere within the resort and to approximately 50 pre-set stops within a 2-mile radius outside of the resort ground. Within minutes of Royale Palms you can drive or take the Hilton Shuttle to Tanger Outlets, Walmart, or Kroger's; Not on the shuttle service: Barefoot Landing, Duplins Winery and Tasting Bar, Broadway at the Beach, and many renowned Golf Courses! If biking is your interest, there are bike racks in the rear of the parking garage to lock up your bikes (they are not allowed inside the units).

  We just stayed at this beautiful condo with our daughter/son-in-law and 2 grandkids.... This condo was beautiful... had everything needed in the kitchen that you could possibly want... Furniture was so comfortable and had tvs in every room.... the view from the condo was beautiful and very spacious.... would absolutely stay again... when we arrived the home was in spotless condition... can't wait to come again
