Welcome to 904 South Hampton, a brightly decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offering stunning south-side ocean views and a relaxed coastal vibe. This spacious retreat sleeps up to eight guests and features a comfortable living room with balcony access, a roomy dining area with seating for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with Corian countertops and an eat-at bar. The primary bedroom is exquisitely decorated and includes a private balcony and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.   Overall, we had a great stay at Kingston Plantation and at this condo. It was perfect for our quick family getaway weekend.
  
  The resort itself is very nice and we had access to all of the amenities.
  
  The condo itself was in really good condition. The layout and location were good with it being a short walk to the beach and the main pool/water park. The kitchen worked well for us for a short stay, however, it would need more if you were really cooking and staying for longer than a weekend in terms of pots/pans/etc.

  What a great rental for 3 friends to meet and catch up! The amenities are endless, and the location is perfect. We parked our cars on Wednesday and didn’t get back in them again until we left of Sunday! The property has everything you need and if not, Uber is so convenient!

  I took my daughter and two grandchildren (ages 9 and 12 years; 8/25/24 - 8/30/24) for a beach vacation. The condo was clean, with the exception of many different kinds of hair on the master suite shower wall. Maybe they have a blind cleaning crew? Anyway, except for that oversight, the only other complaint would be the lack of a can opener. How can you rent out a beach vacation condo and not supply a can opener? Had to make a special trip to Wal*Mart for a can opener, which I also brought back home with me. Sorry, but I bought it; I'm taking it with me. As many of the other reviewers wrote, there should have been more towels. But, we're not princesses, so we made do. Only a slight ding for that, but you would think that, with so many reviewers referring to that same deficit, that someone would rectify that issue. These are all small issues that did not significantly impact our satisfaction, though it would certainly have improved my overall assessment had these deficits not been experienced. I would stay again, but would hope for a can opener, more towels, and a clean shower.

  Our family of teenagers and young adults had a wonderful time at the resort. Our condo was nicely furnished and clean with a view of the ocean from our balcony. Perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee or cocktail. The property manager, Courtney, was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our issue of the kitchen faucet not working. We would not hesitate to stay at this unit and the Kingston Resort the next time we are in Myrtle Beach.

  The condo needs updated - big lack of storage. No where to put your food. Needs to provide more bath towels for a big group. The pools close very early at 8pm - and one day didn’t even open till after 12. Aside from that - it is a nice resort with great amenities!
