Welcome to 706 Brighton, this sleek, airy and open condo is ready for your fabulous beach vacation! The living area is bright and inviting, it features a pull-out sofa and access to the large balcony. The dining area is spacious and seats four. The kitchen is delightful, it has a fantastic granite counter height eat-at bar with 3 seats and a bay window to see the gorgeous, south-facing ocean view and has new stainless steel appliances.. The master bedroom is quite large, it has a king-sized bed, an ensuite, and accesses the balcony. The ensuite has a double vanity, an extra-large jetted tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and is directly across from the guest bathroom.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pools, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

  Last minute decision to come to the beach, property manager was quick to help us get booked and the stay was awesome. The view of the ocean is great, condo was clean and well-maintained.

  Our stay was good at 706 Brighton. Check in process was a breeze! We have stayed at Kingston properties before and electronic check in with code was so much more convenient. We found the unit in good condition, with a few exceptions. We notified the management staff and they were going to take care of issues before next guests arrive. It was nothing that interfered with our stay, just some minor cleaning and maintenance items. It could definitely use some deep cleaning. Location is phenomenal and unit is very comfortable and spacious!

  There were a few things that needed attention ie kitchen drawers & balcony furniture.
  The location was great! Furniture was fine but not enough except for four. The second bathroom needed a shower stall.

  Gorgeous views! Very clean and great for either a family or two couples. Nice and quiet with very little noise from outside or neighbors. Enjoyed being close with access to all the good things at Kingston- Beach, pool, and drinks/food. Will definitely book again.

  We've been staying in MB for a few years and this location will make me look no further! I swear!!! We have 2 small kids and having the 2 bedroom condo amenities, water park, food and drinks right in one spot is like the convenience of an all inclusive vacation. Everything was clean and close by. A parent must have designed this resort!!!
