  This was our first stay at Kingston Plantation and everything exceeded our expectations. This home is a great layout with the separate space upstairs which worked well for the kids to have their own space without being on the main floor. The walk to the beach is probably about 3-4 minutes at the closest access point and the walk to the Currents Pool/Waterpark is around 5-7 minutes. This is a great central location for access to the main amenities that younger kids would be using

  First of all, this is a very nice property. It is a two-story, end unit condo with an excellent location. The Windermere condos are very nice. We only had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and the host (especially Rachelle) was readily accessible and responsive, and things got taken care of quickly. Check-in and check-out were very simple. My only comment/suggestion is basically the same I have with most vacation rental properties: The coffee maker is the kind where you brew a pot, as opposed to having a Keurig coffee maker; also the pots & pans probably should be replaced/updated. Also, a couple of the guests did say that there was some sand in their beds when they first pulled the sheets back. However, for 4 guys on a golf trip, these items did not really impact our stay. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again and would rent from this host again.

  We had a pleasant three-month winter stay in this large, nicely renovated house. We would rent again, circumstances permitting. We found the kitchen equipment lacking in some respects, especially for long-term renting, and have left a note to the administrators on these minor issues.
  
  We've stayed at Kingston Plantation for many years and this particular condo was the nicest yet. It is a two-minute walk from the beach in a tranquil location. It met our criteria of location, space for an office setup, a carport, and no living space above this large two-story home.

  The condo was as described - a true 4 bedroom home with a lot of space to spread out for a family or extended family. The property has a lot of amenties available for your use - several pools, water park area, fitness center, and more. The security guards were very helpful. The walk to the beach was very manageable. The home itself was very clean and well laid out. The door code didn't work when we were there, but the manager was wonderful with communicating information to us and finding a solution. There are a few little things that would be nice additions - there are no beach toys/supplies available for your use, no measuring cups. Again, VERY minor and not a major deal to our group. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to others.

  Windermere by the Sea worked out well for our family of 5 adults & 3 children . Spacious, clean & loved the corner unit with the front porch & screened in back porch. Enjoyed the water exercise , yoga & pickle ball court. Very impressed with all the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer . Only a 5 minute walk to the beach & several options to the many pools available to us . The kids waterpark & slides were a hit . The Black Drum restaurant & others on the property were very good. Definitely would come back and stay again nightly recommend!

  This property is a corner condo located on a large property that runs along the ocean front. The property pool, waterpark, restaurant/brewery, and amenities are brand new and well maintained. The property allows for a 2 minute walk to the beach or a 4 minute walk to the pool/waterpark. The gym/indoor pool are walkable within 10 minutes and parking near the amenities is also available.
  The condo itself was redone it appears in the last year though the exterior and screened in porch are original and old. Nice that the master has a two shower en suite bathroom and that there are 4 bedrooms ( 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) with 3 bathrooms total. The laundry onsite is helpful for keeping clothes and beach items clean. TVs available though could only find one working remote downstairs. Our stay was mostly cloudy and warm so unfortunately were indoors more than planned.
  The cleanliness of the rental when we arrived was substandard. We ended up doing a quick clean ourselves of the floors. Once we were able to get past that, the house served us well enough on our trip. Also note that it shares a wall with neighboring condo so some bedrooms can hear neighbor arrival on stairs and outside noise if loud. This was not an issue for us during irregular hours ( 11pm-7am) but of note for perhaps little ones sleeping earlier.
  Overall, it is a convenient location with lots of attractions close outside of the resort. Getting in and out of the resort was easy and secure. Worth a stay with based on newness of amenities listed and proximity to ocean if cleanliness issues are addressed.

  We spent four nights on an end of the year trip to Myrtle Beach. We had plenty of room for our group of six. This unit is a short walk to the beach and is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

  Absolutely Beautiful Villa and decor is very nice. Comfortable home and fast access to grocery stores, retails stores, mall, and restaurants. The Villa was extremely clean no issues.
