14B Richmond Park

We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!!!

This coastal-themed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is so charming! The living room features a faux fireplace, pullout sofa and access to the back deck. This space is open to the dining room and kitchen. The dining area is spacious, it has seating for six at the table, an access bar to the kitchen and some wonderful built-ins. The kitchen is delightful; it has granite countertops, refaced cabinets, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the cookware and kitchen gadgets you need to make amazing meals. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the back deck and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds, access to the updated guest bathroom and accesses a private courtyard with seating for 2. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet located across from the kitchen. Directly off the living room is the large back deck; the deck has a table for 4 and 2 rocking chairs and overlooks Kingston's lovely grounds.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pool, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

  The stay at this villa was a delight all around. If there's one thing I wish could be changed, it's that the number of pools open during our stay was low, and only one indoor pool which was at the fitness center. Still, we all had fun, and this location was a fantastic launching point to the beach as well as to other activities at Kingston and in N Myrtle.

  We enjoyed our stay at 14B Richmond Park. The house was as pictured, nice location, just enough space for our purposes, easy check-in, direct access to the property, property managers were immediately responsive, helped quickly with one issue during the stay, beds were super comfortable, tiled showers were nice and hot, loved seeing the squirrels come and go! Only complaint is one that we continually face post-Covid - no one cleans rental units properly any longer. The stone tile floors are deceiving and helps housekeeping to hide the lack of sweeping and definitely no mopping. After our socks kept collecting dust bunnies, I swept and the floors and was negatively amazed at the amount of dust, dirt, and hair all over the floor. Didn't come on vacation to clean but had to. Our only disappoint for this stay and property.

  We had an amazing stay at 14B Richmond Park. The residence was extremely clean and updated- nice countertops, new appliances, and a Keurig. Location was close to the beach and shopping. Couldn't ask for a better location. The booking process was simple and responses were quick. We have no complaints.

  We went for our daughters CCU orientation. Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get anywhere quickly. The condo was perfect—updated, great layout, clean, adorable. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay again in the future

  This was a last min rental for a spur-of-the-moment getaway and what a gem. The rental was very clean and just beautiful. More than enough room for the family with separate access to patios. The staff was awesome in helping with the booking and the perk was access to Hilton facilities. Most certainly would stay again. One more thing, the price was certainly right for the time we book. It just happened to be right at spring break.
