1607 Royale Palms

We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, are now open!!!

This condo has a wonderful layout and some really nice new upgrades including, paint, flooring and furniture!! The living room is modern and elegant, but so comfortable with new furniture and has access to the large balcony! The dining area is open to the kitchen and living room and features a large dining table with seating for eight. Cooking will be delightful in the kitchen with a striking black granite counter, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need, the kitchen also has an eat-at bar and seating for three. Off the living room is the master bedroom, this luxurious and inviting space features a large ensuite and access to the balcony. The first guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, it has ample space and storage, and a three-piece ensuite. The second guest bedroom is classically stylish, it has 2 double beds and the guest bathroom is adjacent to this room. This condo also has a full-sized washer and dryer located just off the foyer. And last but certainly not least, the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and a table that seats four!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark located at the Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78Fitness and Spa33 located at The Landing, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

  This is a very nice condo. We stayed many years ago at Royal Palms and I would say it is still well kept and as expected. This condo was very comfortable. The vacation rental service had great communication. The process was seamless. The ocean view is somewhat limited, but we knew ahead of time based on descriptions.   Check in was smooth and the condo unit was very nice. It was difficult with one elevator out of operation and it would be nicer if this condo was inside the plantation. Overall it was a nice stay, the property manager was very prompt with replies and very helpful. We would recommend and would love to stay again!

  We rented 1607 at Royale Palms for a Thanksgiving vacation. It appears this beautiful condo has been recently redecorated. The furnishings look brand new and the condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My family enjoyed the amenities at Kingston and the location is convenient. We've stayed in several units at Kingston and this is our new favorite. We'll be back!

  The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Even some games for a rainy day. The view is amazing from the 16th floor balcony. We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra night.
