This is a one-bedroom, one-bath gem!! This comfortable and relaxing space brings the seaside feel inside. The living room is spacious; it features a pullout sofa, plenty of seating and access to the screened-in porch. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the screened-in back porch, it has a table and seating for 2! In the dining area you will find a cute glass-top dining table with seating for 4 and 2 barstools at the eat-at bar. The kitchen has plenty of charm with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tons of cookware and cooking utensils. The bedroom is serene with its coral and teal décor, it has a king-sized bed and accesses the bathroom. The connecting bathroom is smartly updated and now has a tiled, glass-enclosed shower and granite vanity. There is a full-sized, front-load, stackable washer and dryer in the hall of this condo.

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.
