This villa is stunning, it's had a head-to-toe remodel and is ready for you!! When you walk into this villa, you immediately notice the wonderfully open floor plan and warm and inviting décor! The living area features 2 large leather sofas (one is a sleeper), a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling stone faux fireplace, access to the back deck and it's open to the dining area! There is plenty of space to eat here, the dining table seats 6 and there is room for four more at the bar. And speaking of the bar, this kitchen has been redone to open up the space entirely! The countertops are a lovely granite and have been dropped down to be all counter-height, all appliances are brand new and the cabinets are as well. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom with it's brand-new king-sized bed and mattress! The master also has access to the deck and a fabulous ensuite featuring a cedar-accented closet. The guest bedroom has 2 brand new queen-sized beds and access to the guest bathroom and a private terrace!!

18C Richmond Park has thought of everything during your stay. The villa is well-appointed, comfortable and beachy! The condo was extremely clean and felt like we were home. We enjoyed our stay and all that Kingston had to offer. You are only a 10-12 minute walk to the Black Drum, pool and beach. We never had any issues with parking or getting in and out. My husband and son loved the gym. Such a great place to come home to each night. I will also add the team to book in Kingston were incredibly helpful.

Great experience at the Kingston Plantation - such a great accommodation, beach and recreational options on site! Also close to great golf and shopping.

My only negative comment was the one older lady at the 78 Fitness who was very rude and unhelpful with our family and another and was even rude to the children. All other staff on site were amazing though so she was the exception.

Our stay in this condo could not have been better.
