We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!! The area adjacent to the pool deck will be under renovation until Fall 2022 for the completion of the Black Drum Brewing restaurant.

Located in the remarkable oceanfront Royale Palms building of the awe-inspiring Kingston Resorts, our 2 bedroom condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway! This spacious ocean view unit features our charming Southern Elegance package and offers a stunning great room with space for 8. The lavish, well-appointed kitchen, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, lovely honey maple cabinets, and elegant granite countertops, complete with a breakfast bar. Conveniently located, but tucked away, is the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. This beautiful unit has a huge private balcony, largest of any unit type in the building, with 2 outdoor seating areas. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a cozy Serta Suite Dreams mattress and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds, also with the amazingly comfortable Serta Suite Dreams mattresses, access to an ensuite three piece bathroom and plenty of room for your belongings.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Waterpark and Embassy Suites pool, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

  We have been going to Kingston Plantation for over 20 years. We usually stay in either Brighton or Margate. This was our first time staying at The Royal Palms. Reservations, check in and communication from the management company were fantastic. The unit however needs some TLC. Our first night, one of the interior doors was inoperable. We had to call maintenance late at night to access the second bedroom. The maintenance tech wasnt able to complete the repair until mid day on our second day. The hallway toilet ran constantly, we were able to adjust the flapper without calling maintenance again. But when you stay in a rental, you would prefer not to do maintenance chores. Another annoying item was that we were not supplied extra trash bags. The furniture is a bit worn and could use to be updated.
  
  These small items aside, we enjoyed our weekend at the beach and look forward to returning to Kingston again soon. However, we will likely return to the Margate next time.

  The property was amazing. There are some areas currently under construction but it didn't bother our stay at all. The condo had to be one of the best in the building. The balcony was very large with an ocean view. Inside was a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a large kitchen. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The master bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. If you are like us and can't tolerate cold water as we were there in the winter take the short shuttle ride to 78fitness. There the community has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. They also have many activities for all ages pickle ball, tennis, golf simulator, spa, and much more. If you are in to fishing the Apache Pier offers a very large pier to try your luck. Downtown Myrtle Beach and all it has to offer is just a short drive away. The one negative was the first lady I spoke to upon checking in at the Hilton front desk was not very helpful. The second lady I spoke with was more than helpful and made up for the initial experience. The Royal Palms is on the same property as many other Hilton owned properties. When needing information or if you have questions the front desk staff at the Hilton is available to all residents and guests. We had a wonderful few days and hope to visit again in the future.

  House has a good view to the ocean even though not an ocean front. Large balcony to enjoy outdoor beach/ocean atmosphere. Roomier bedrooms, living and dining combo. Sizable bathrooms also. The only item needs to improve is the carpet. Overall, it is a best place to relax and enjoy.

  The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well-kept. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. Our whole family really enjoyed the pool area with several pools to choose from and we also walked straight out to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Great location! We stayed at Royal Palms last year and will definitely return again in the future.
